Motorcraft Adventure Developments operates a 60,000 sq ft build facility in the North of England, employing 30 skilled craftsmen supported by a robust leadership team. Our integrated approach ensures all manufacturing processes are housed under one roof, allowing us to maintain stringent quality control throughout every aspect of the project.
Motorcraft stands as the only bespoke vehicle manufacturer in the UK that creates all products that are used in our vehicles, including doors and windows, entirely on-site from start to finish.
Our products have been recognised as a benchmark for excellence and are used by vehicle converters across the globe. As a result, we launched Motorcraft Overland Accessories in 2012.

Consultancy
We don't just talk the talk, we've walked the walk! Our management team have travelled extensively across the globe in multiple vehicles and are always ready to share their knowledge about what makes the perfect expedition vehicle.
PREPARATION & PAINTING
Our specialist prep team will return your vehicle to its OEM condition, before utilising state-of-the-art products and processes to achieve a high quality finish in our XXm in-house prep and paint facility.
FABrication & Welding
Our fabrication department occupies twenty-five percent of our floor space. Utilising both MIG and TIG welding techniques, our highly experienced team fabricates all components and bodies for our vehicles.
GRP Moulding
Our GRP facility hosts a team of three full-time operatives. The team designs and manufactures complex shaped components for both our builds and for the self-build market, including all our windows, doors and safari hatches.
COachbuilding
Equipped with the latest CNC technology and occupying nearly half of the factory floorspace, this multi-disciplined team manufactures and fits all furniture, water, gas, and power systems to our vehicles.
trimming & upholstery
Our upholstery department produces all soft furnishings for each vehicle, from dashboards, seats, and even personalised embroidery services to give your truck a professional finish.
