STAGE 1
initial consultation
Our initial consultation is a two-hour session where you are able to discuss your plans, requirements, and ideas in greater detail with our experienced team. The initial consultation is priced at £250, and is redeemable against any future purchase with us - whether that's a complete expedition truck or a something as small as a van window.
STAGE 2
specification analysis
During the specification analysis, you will work closely with our team to pinpoint your exact requirements for your expedition truck, including size and layout, berths and key features - the things you simply couldn't live without!
Stage 3
preliminary design
Our team will then take your specifications and design a preliminary layout for your build. This stage transforms your ideas and requirements into a tangible plan for your expedition vehicle.
Stage 4
Amendments & final offer
Our team will review your feedback and make any necessary alterations to the preliminary design. Once you are happy with the plans, we will present you with a final offer and contract.
Stage 5
DEPOSIT PAID
Once your deposit is secured, we’ll begin bringing your build to life. Flexible payment plans are available to suit your needs.
Stage 6
Development & build
Our skilled team undertakes the end-to-end manufacturing of your expedition truck. This comprehensive process includes fabrication, assembly, and installation of all custom features and components.
Stage 7
Testing phase
Upon completion, we invite you to spend time in the truck to understand its functionalities fully. This phase allows you to identify any adjustments needed before embarking on your adventure.
Stage 8
snagGING PROCESS
Any issues identified during the testing phase will be promptly addressed and fixed. We ensure your vehicle is in perfect condition and meets all your expectations.
Stage 9
DELIVERY
With all adjustments made, it's time for you to drive away into the sunset! You are now ready to hit the road and embark on your adventure.

Aftercare & warranty
Motorcraft offers a 365-day warranty and full remote support to ensure you have peace of mind on your journeys. Our aftercare service guarantees ongoing assistance and reliability for your expedition truck.
