When we started building expedition vehicles, we quickly realized that the UK caravanning parts and accessories market didn’t meet our standards for durability and performance. We needed products that could withstand the toughest environments and terrains, so we took matters into our own hands - designing and manufacturing them entirely on-site.
As the UK’s only bespoke vehicle manufacturer to produce everything in-house, from doors to windows, our products have become a benchmark for excellence, trusted by vehicle converters worldwide. In response to growing demand, we launched Motorcraft Overland Accessories in 2012, bringing our industry-leading components to the wider market.

FABRICATED PRODUCTS
Our fabrication department covers 25% of our factory, where our skilled team uses MIG and TIG welding to craft torsion-free subframes, wheel carriers, roof racks, and more - all built for strength and durability.
